What a terrific, engaged group of California Special Districts Association attendees who participated in my Advanced Media Workshop Tuesday afternoon, Sept. 22, at the Annual Conference.  Special congratulations to the handful who stayed late on a gorgeous Monterey afternoon to practice their on-camera interview skills.
